Rude and incompetent worse place ever!
Shady. I went in to get emissions testing which is free in this state. A guy approaches me and says, "Well, we got the emissions testing done, and that's free, but if you want it sent in for your registration it will be $10."
Walked away. The registration came automatically, I didn't have to do anything extra to "send in" the emissions test. Shady.
